Water filter keeps resetting

This is a similar issue to the bitcoin bug. I've reported it numerous times, and now I'm putting it here.

 

It makes water filters useless because super water is 150k, and water filters are 150k. From 1 water filter you should get 1 full superwater plus 2 or 3 hours into the next. Yet it keeps resetting.

 

I have taken a screenshot each time I put a water filter in, reset it, and even with minutes left before swapping. But instead of the super water remaining at 1 hour left to complete, it resets to 5 hours. It makes it not worth making the water - it is better to just sell the filters and buy the water.

same issue for me and my friends. works some times then next time it doesnt.
