Why did I get *10.66 on my EXP?

I finished a raid with 60,089 EXP which is incredibly high while only killing 10 scavs and completing one quest (Peacekeeper - Humanitarian Supplies)

From what I have read the *1.5 is from surviving the raid, and the *10.66 is supposed to be the hideout boost but 10.66 is insanely high.

Any ideas what it could be ?
