Hacker for red card room

I am really mad since hacker can open the red card room without red card. They dont need to swipe the card and they can just open the door. This situation happened since last wipe. I am really mad. What's the purpose of buying red card? I want to find a place that is more likely to be safe. Please, if that guy does not have red card on him or his warehouse. How could you let him get in the red card room. There is no way that for any people who does not own red card to get in the room without swipe the card.
