My specs. Help me please

So I just got the game and I have now realized that the only map I can run is factory. My processor is a i5-8400, I have 8gb of ram, and I have a amd rx 580 graphics card. Im running the game on all low settings and Ive watched youtube videos but i still cant run customs. Can someone please give me some pointers I can do to boost my fps or stop me from dropping frames so that I can play on customs.

Its recommended you have 16gb of ram for tarkov. People I know went from 8 to 16gb and they didn't have to restart game after every raid to get rid of lag. Hopefully this helps. Your processor seems good enough not sure about the gpu as well.
