Hey lads and ladies,

I recently got 2nd price on the community contest for written guides. Not being able to accept 2nd place the sick man I appear to be, I updated it to a 120 page behemoth and a full formatting overhaul. Please let me know what you think of it and whether you have any ideas how to publish it further. I posted it on the reddit, but it's a hit or miss if you get enough upvotes to reach to top page.
