Monitor crosshair??

I've came to knowledge that there is a way to ''cheat'' a little the hipfire in game, called monitor crosshair...Is a cheat? Could you be banned? Searching on the web turns out is some kind of effect you can use on the desktop but the game still sees it as a cheat?

The monitor crosshair is not accurate , specially when u ADS .
close range combat if you hipfire u will realize that crosshair will be bad using since u wont be able 2 track the bullets while you hipfire if that make sense ,
maybe in other shooters where bullets is 100% shoots like laser ,

It is not a trap, but you have to think that even if you shoot from the hip with the monitor cross, the bullets have a great dispersion
