Insurance return

Ok so couple of guns i got back from insurance returned disassembled.like missing grip or dust cover.stuff that cannot be modified and removed in raid.guns were fully insured. Anyone had this happening?

it's usually because you forgot to insure certain parts so a pistol grip you swapped out or something was lost.

Yeah its kind of a dumb system that way but if each piece isnt insured you dont get that piece even if everything else is.

That is the problem.im sure to insure the whole gun with therapist before going into raid

Idk you might have just done it when not noticing. It's easy to just find a new part in raid then extract and replace it without remembering to reinsure. The gun will say it is insured but like the other guy said the whole thing isn't actually insured the yellow insurance shield in a gun is only for the base gun being insured like the actual ak receiver or the ar lowers.

But other players can steal some parts from the gun. And the stollen part is missed.

Did you backout and add any parts? Btw dont insure with therapist, no reason. Parpor takes about a day at most to get your stuff back. And cheaper.

i use the 'insure all' button before i start a raid. i will often drop a sight or front grip in raid to put on a found one
