help I need help with constant server disconnects. I get disconnected every raid now and haven't been able to play for a month or so. I've tried alot of things to fix it but nothing works.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2700U

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 560X (4GB GDDR5)

Display: 15.6”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS but I'm on an actual monitor

Storage: 1000GB SSD

RAM: 16GB DDR4

I've contacted BSG through support in the past and they asked me to do a packet test which eventually showed I was losing packets. I was told that it was my connection that was the issue, which it has to be. Thing is my internet works fine for literally everything else, all games, downloads, streaming, WiFis great etc. Sometimes I'll actually get into a match, usually when I first go on the game, first match. I'll get 5 minutes in and everything freezes but I can still move freely, then the server disconnect comes along to kick me in the teeth.

I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the game, I'm on SSD and its got ethernet going, I haven't changed anything in my router. The ethernet cable is fine and plugged in on both ends.

I've got logs going back a month or so and really need some help now because I don't know what's causing it.

Do you have cable or a normal DSL connection? If it's cable (vodafone / unity media) you need to get rid of dual stack LITE, which is causing the server issues. It generates an IPv4 via Tunnel which is crap
