Reaching Extraction with Second(s) to Spare, but still MIA

Several times now I've reached extraction with 8-9 seconds left on the clock. Should be enough to extract in time, but I have MIA'd. This is extremely frustrating, as you can imagine. Is this just something that happens or is this a bug?

When you extract does the raid timer reach 0 before the extract timer?

No, it doesn't, not that I've noticed. But it shouldn't if I arrive at extract with > 7 seconds left in the raid, right?

Had the same issue on a SCAV-run yesterday, screen started to blank out with 1,5 seconds time left. I think this might be an issue since they fixed the late spawn issues / long waiting for players time.

Just had an intense raid on woods, where i did multiple quests and close to the extract i dc'd because the server was laggy. Reconnected and finished my 3rd quest, with only 2 mins left. Still had a way to run and encountered scavs on the way, slowed me down. Got to the extract with 10 seconds server time and the extract itself takes about 7(?). Timer ran down on extract and still a few seconds left on the server. Result, me being happy. Untill the next screen, MIA. Facepalm. This was extremely frustrating. Even if its 1 second left, u either make it or you dont. What the heck.
