Hacker ticket response

I reported a hacker using the following clip below, as far as I am concerned this is clear and obvious

I got what appears to be an automated response to the ticket i created:


If anyone knows what this message means (It doesnt make much sense in english) then please tell me

Head shot / eyes through the wall.  Looks legit!

You'll probably get some folks come in and cite desync, etc... but yes, 99% likely a cheater.  There's nothing you can do but click the drop-down next to their name after they die and report them.  Posting vids and such here are considered "hackusations" and generally locked.

Use the in-game reporting system and don't bore the support with the nonsense. This is the translation.

Your video doesn't say anything, that's just desync. This kind of thing is almost normal on EU servers. The player who killed you was in the same room with you in his game, but not on yours. Or he is a hacker, no one knows, and your video doesn't prove it either.

If EfT had a recording of the round, as requested for years, then you would have been able to see if he was cheating or not.

Yeah, who knows.  Not the best English for sure.  All I know is that their only actual answer is "click the report button".

please use the report function in the launcher  under the bug report section attach videos and info there this thread is now #locked
