Harleus
Is it normal for the bank across the river to be so damn dark you cannot see anything.. or so pixelated. I've tried copying numerous peoples "recommended" settings and still am not happy with how things look. Rig is plenty fine for ultra graphics. (I dove under the armored vehicle to take a quick screenshot)
MylesE
My game certainly doesn't look like that. Do you have any PostFX on? Try unchecking all the boxes at the bottom as well.

Reymt
Oh, do you have film grain activated? That would explain why its so weirdly pixelated. Visbility is often low, but its not that bad.

Yes to the first part, but no to the pixilated part lol. It's not uncommon to run into varying levels of fog/weather in the game that can drastically effect your visibility distance but it's definitely grainy compared to what I'm used to seeing. Usually what's causing that would be all the check boxes at the bottom of the graphics settings page as someone else mentioned. You may also have a low "sharpness" setting? Im 90% sure its the film grain option. Because nothing is more immersive than having a game look like bad movie footage.
