Streaming Tarkov on OBS with NVENC is horrible, stream has a lot of stuttering

Hey guys,

I've tried streaming Tarkov a lot and I noticed that, whatever changes I make to my settings, the stream has some heavy stutters.

I don't know where this is coming from and I would love to change it.

Maybe somebody has some suggestions for me or even an explanation?

My setup is: 32GB RAM, GTX 1080, i7-8700K @3.70GHz and a SSD 970 EVO 500GB.

My internet is a 50k DSL and i have a download of a maximum of 6.3 Mb/s
