I bought the Edge of the Darkness edition about 2 weeks ago, can I still got the New Year Gifts? Or that is just for the people who bough the game after?

You should definitely still be able to get them as the picture you have in your post clearly states the gifts are for all pre-order holders.

As you purchased the whatever you called it edition, you are a pre-order holder. Hope this helps a little.

To get your gift, you need to go to your profile here: https://www.escapefromtarkov.com/profile

And activate your gift.

The gift will then be sent to you via the in-game mail system.
