FOV system fix in future?

Hipfire FOV should be independent of ADS, sight/scope FOVs.

This is a standard design methodology and most AAA games also offer per-scope sensitivity customization for obvious reasons.

Pretty sure 100% of the player base would appreciate this being updated/fixed.
