In game map for woods not working properly?

Knowing that woods has undergone significant changes, I decided to buy the woods map from Therapist this wipe so I could do some offline raids and mark some areas of interest. However, pressing `M` while in raid with the map in my inventory doesn't bring up the map like it did last wipe. Furthermore, the map itself (when brought up outside of raid) doesn't seem to have the new areas? Is this a bug? Or is it expected behavior?

It is just poor game development.  The new map should have been added with the patch.  It probably wont be added for another couple of patches if it ever is.
