Fried SSD, now cant download on a different drive

So the SSD that EFT is on died, and now I cant download to a different drive.

Whenever I try to change the path, I get this error:

 

Any fix for this?

After spending hours troubleshooting, its downloading. Im not sure what totally fixed it for me, but heres what I did.

Renamed by E:/ drive to B:/ in Disk Management

Totally deleted BSG launcher/installer and emptied recycling bin

Renamed the drive back to E:/ and redownloaded the launcher from the website. It then prompted me with the "first time" installation pages (like language and file path).

Set the path for my E:/ drive here (since it cant be changed from the launcher later on)

Its not letting me download the game.
