Email authentication not coming through

is this a thing?  I can't get email auth to hit my email.  I got a change of hardware code on the 28th, but since then nothing.  I can't login to the site and I can't load up the game on my new PC.  I figure since I got the change of hardware code that proves that I'm getting email from BSG, but just not the auth email.  Is it broken on their side?  any thoughts?
