help! Twitch Partner newb needs help configuring OBS Studio for EFT

Hi all ladies and gentlemen, I am NorgannonHH in Twitch and I have half a year streaming an MMORPG and recently I just encouraged me to give EFT a try, I even liked it so much that I bought the more expensive version for more pleasure... Anyway, I found something a little annoying, the game runs perfectly in all configurations, without FPS drops or any technical problem, in the stream I have no packet loss or overload issues or something similar, just the stream looks very pixelated or blur when I move, I tried some things but without any result. HELP!

PC Specs:

1. 16 GB RAM DDR4 3200 MHz
2. R5 2600 Six-Processor 3.40 GHz
3. Radeon RX 5500 XT 8176 MB GDDR6 1750 MHz
4. 500 GB SSD (Decent Brand)
