Can't receive e-mail from escape from tarkov and purchase problem

Lately, I purchased a standard edition gift for my friend.

But after I payed the price through credit card, I didn't receive an e-mail that included the code for my friend to activate.

Actually, it was not my first time did not receive e-mails from escape from tarkov.

I sent an e-mail in Chinese last year about didn't receive e-mail, but you did not reply it.

I assumed it was because you did not understand Chinese, so this time I use English.

Hope you will reply this, because it is important.

I have received receipt from Xsolla. (In attachments)

And have purchase history on my official EFT website. (Also in attachments)

But I did not receive any e-mail from EFT.

Really want my friend to enjoy this game.

Please help me solve this. Thank you.

Edit: I sent this to [email protected] through  e-mail early today.
