Is the Steam Audio on?

Well i don't uderstand if i'm bugged or not, but even my "binaural sound" is active i feel like all audio is in stereo, maybe BSG turned off for some reason and i lost the patch note were is say this?

Steam Audio is still off its out of Bsgs hands the guys at steam are working on fixing the audio.They said it a while back.They will give an update when it returns.Even though it says its on in the main menu its not.Funny thing is steam Audio was actually terrible and has some many bugs hence why it was removed to fix them.
