Have you guys (BSG) implemented a "maximum matching time" protocol yet?

I think I speak for a majority of the community when I say I'd rather play in a low PMC raid than sit in queue for a half hour just to leave and try again. If something like this isn't already implemented, please do so. Once the timer hits 5 or 10 minutes, just start the lobby no matter how short on players it is. We want to play.
