Honestly i am much more bothered being steamrolled by 4 mans then i am by cheaters.

Cheaters are what ruin the game, I don't care about 4 mans. You can't prevent 4mans like you can cheaters.

Ngl I don't play a ton but I haven't seen a cheater in a really long time and it was labs if I remember correctly, idk how well this would avoid a hacker but if you're on one server region only and not auto select you might be able to avoid them by switching to another region.

and ya you're right id rather get gang pounded by 4-5 thicc bois than have a cheater headshot me with a toz from across the map

My first experience with a Hacker was also Labs and they tend to be locked down to that place. However, I will not lie, this wipe I have been killed by at least 4 suspicious events. I was able to Shadow play the most recent because I was starting to get frustrated and wanted to begin to document them happening. All of the events do not seem to be Aimbot related but ESP related.

Being killed in 36 seconds by silenced shots on shoreline while having a tree and bushes to my back as I ran away after spawning in, with a count down I might add. The kill was rated as Head, Nape, which would indicate I was shot from behind, again I had a Trees and bushes to my back, I was in a bush with a tree just a little to my left on my back. So I should, in theory, not have been visible to the person shooting me previously as I fled and broke line of sight. Or so I thought, the other issue with this one is how quick it happened and the inaudible shots with Comtacs on. Meaning they were shooting me from quite a distance, I think presumably at least 80 meters to 100 meters.

The second event, also on shoreline, I did record. PMC running in the hallway of West Resort 1st floor, looting, searching, and running with Rain and thunder outside. Some how heard me while I was slow walking with no weight, dropped my back before jumping the resort wall. In the video you can see they have no helmet, no armor, and they are looking opposite of my peak. They run from one side to the other, and then out of no where seamlessly Flashlight Peek and Head, Jaws me. Keep in mind I was tight peeking, made no noise and was masked by rain and thunder.

I would like to think these people are just gods and that they have crazy skills and $1000 headphones on to help them. Just some times, things seem very fishy. I do not think cheating is the only problem with the game right now, Comtacs seem to let you hear all the way across the map. SCAVs seem to be working off of AI difficulty 11. When the wipe first started SCAVs seemed to be a little, slow and dumb. Suddenly this last week, they have been SEAL Team 6 level gods. Being on the receiving end and the end that has been with them. I watched 3 AI SCAVs on Woods in the new Crate Base by RUAF drop a 2-man and then a P-SCAV that was aggro'd on. They did this before I even had a chance to react.

Having just under 1000-hours in this game does not make me the end all be all of opinions, all I am saying is, I feel cheating is an issue right now, but there seems to be other things as well. This is one of the reasons I wish we had Patch notes for any and all Hot-Fixes, be it technical issues or not. I would like to see the under the hood changes to the AI and the Loot and the Weapons so we can see what was the problem before and understand how these new changes will or could fix them. Transparency in a way that helps players understand what has been happening, putting to rest conspiracies or theories, and allowing us to educate ourselves on what was happening and how they have attempted to remedy them.

I love BSG and I love EFT and I want to watch it thrive in the vision that Nakita has. Okay I will get off my Soap Box now as I have kind of went off the rails. Happy raiding everyone and I hope the holidays and new years were great for you all. Much love.

me and a bud in the same boat getting really old killed twice in a row in a bush at night .

First one runs right up to us and shoots us

Second we are laying in a bush very thick cover and the guy is no where in the recording and shots us both again

This is getting really old BSG needs to step up and take care of this kind of stuff . Where is the anti cheat software ?

So my opinion of all of these questionable kills that we have experienced can be solved with a simple solution. They have implemented Battle Eye, which was a step in the correct direction. They added the ability to report, but this way of reporting is dangerous. Dangerous in the sense that anyone, myself included, could just report because we are mad. This causes a couple of problems: Firstly, it overloads BSG and their review team or what ever they have with false, knowingly or otherwise; Second, for us we lack the evidence unless you are like myself and you whom use recording or shadow play.

My simple solution, which I am sure that other people including influencers in the community have suggested, is to use a Kill Camera from the perspective of the killer. This feed should be sent once the raid server has ENDED, this cannot be sent like COD and we can just cheat away on Discord and let people know where the person is that killed them. This would seriously eliminate a lot of problems. This causes pressure on people hacking because if they are using ESP or using AIM BOTs and shooting across the map at a clearly non visible target, then they are busted. Give the ability to report on the death screen like we have now. Once the kill cam comes in for you, you can then "Finalize" the Report. "You have reported, gNecrOz for cheating, do you still wish to report?" or something like that which allows people to understand HOW they were killed. This will allow people to accept when a good play was made and be vindicated when something shady happens and we just really lack proof.

This should be a simple thing to implement. You just have a Cloud Storage dedicated to the videos. The clips should only be 2-3 mins from your death back, from the view of the other PMC. They should be sent ONLY for PMCs and Player SCAVs. There is no point to send a video for a AI SCAV killing you and it would clarify that you were killed by an AI not a Player. Finally, you should be allowed to download and save the clips yourself. After the clip is viewed they need to be removed from the cloud server and opens it up for more videos to be added, seen, and cycled through.
