25-35 frames in game

Hello,

I'm asking this on behalf of my friend. My friend recently has FPS issues, he barely hits 50 frames on most of the maps.
Interchange: 25 frames, Woods: 30 frames, Customs: 40 frames

We tried several options:
- FPS guides (ingame settings, Nvidia settings)
- Reinstalling the game
- drivers are up-to-date

His gaming laptop specs:
CPU: i7-10875H
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060
16GB RAM
Game is installed on the internal SSD

The laptop is an MSI GS75 Stealth 10SE

He doesn't have any other problems in games (Rust, COD, ..)

Same problem here. 50-60 fps everything set to low with a 3070 in the swamp village area.. A disaster this game is

I have similar issues running ryzen 1800x rtx3070, 16gb 3200mhz. 1440p 

45-80fps in most raids and I'm afraid with these fps to push people. On factory I get 100+ and that's OK. 

I've tried what feels like everything. Guides ect, smt off more ram 32gb.

I do have high ram usage in raid 15gb plus but more ram didn't fix this issue. 

I'm stuck

Turn off Nvidia Geforce overlay if you haven't already. Gave me a massive boost in FPS

its the scavs who are drooping your gpu usage i dk when they will ever fix this issue
