yuty89 3 Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 It has been over 1 year in attempting to fix my email verification issue. After contacting support ~14 times, I have finally gotten somewhere. These are the messages: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- email #2 from me to EFT I received a response to my email verification issues stating: Hello! We received a report from the mail service that you sent spam complaints to our system letters. Recipient address: [REDACTED] Then, at the request of the postal service, we stopped the delivery of letters to the specified address. For all questions of your spam complaints, you should contact the support service of your mail service. Thank you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I never ONCE marked anything EFT as spam, please disregard what the postal service said and send me the emails again, Thank You ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- email #3 from EFT to me Hello! As we mentioned earlier, no letters are sent to the specified email address. The email address is in the stop list due to spam complaints about system letters that are not advertising / news and cannot be "unsubscribed". According to the terms of the email service, after receiving spam complaints regarding our letters, we must immediately stop sending letters to the specified email address, so we did. According to this, it is impossible to get the sending logs. Since the user denies any sending of spam reports, the issue has to be resolved with the email service customer support. Thank you. Swats has been helping me with all of this (thanks swats) but alas it seems my quest has not yet ended nor is there an end in sight. P.S. I skipped a few emails as I didnt have them saved (werent important) and also skipped the first ~13 because it was support just telling me im doing something wrong. TTllPP 0 Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 Im ur savior seriously Look i was looking for this forever and i solved it and idk how no one found this out on any of the other threads but this 100% will work no lie all u have to do is send a blank email to all these emails this will allow ur email to un whitelist the emails from battle state games that have not been sent to u yet sounds weird but it works so these are the emails all i did was put all three in one message and sent a blank one then once u send the email re open the launcher AS ADMINISTRATOR and sign in again and it will send the email this time the three emails are [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] this 100% will work please share the link to other threads to help out other gamers !
