kanariewietje
So i just got my poo handed to me on customs. I was doing a night run (no armour, backpack, shotgun with ap/20) because i needed to finish some quests. As soon as i hit dorms i am greeted with a scav in the front door, shots flying at me, i matrix my way around them and kill the scav. The moment i walk up the stairs i am greeted with a single ''CYKA'' and die. Turns out, it was a scav. As i am greeted with my death screen i notice i got 1-shot in my thorax. So i go and check wich kind of ammunition was used, turn out it was 5.49x39PS ammo. So i'm thinking to myself, how is 5.49 PS able to 1tap a 85hp thorax in 1 hit even though it does 50HP damage? And then it hits me. It''s fragmentation, so with having identified my cause of death clear i look up the bullet statistics on the wiki to see if the fragmentation % is really that high. Turns out it is, for PS it lies around %40. But what boggles my mind is this: how can i still get 1 hit by a 5.49*39 ps round that (including fragmentation) could only be able to do max 75HP damage? That leaves a solid 10HP left for me. And for the nay-sayers. Yes i took only 1 hit, my HP never went down that raid until i met the T-800 scav. And no he did not fire more than once. So is fragmentation also bugged right now? Can we add that to the ever growing list of bugs? Any of you had this experience?

That's the thing, every injury you sustain needs to be healed afterwards. No broken bones, no light and/or heavy bleeding. But well, it's tarkov. After 3 years i'm getting quite used to it, except this was new for me
