OK, yet again, why and how since 99% crawls along the wall in the basement? BSG -  Just include whole factory area.

Ok, i know this is going to sound extra ripe-cheddar-gouda-provolone-stinky-cheesy but in the office area (particulary the safe room) there's a filing cabinet (unlootable) sitting opposite of the safe. You can jump on this filing cabinet in order to get a vantage point in this room. Most people do not suspect to look for players here since they're mostly focused on the safe. 

 

Yes you will die many times, but just pick an adar or shotgun and go leg meta.

 

And if you're worried about killing players in a certain area, just wait untill you hit the later quests.

Most if not all of Jaegars quest are horrible.

 

Majority make no sense, let alone hold any merit in a "Realistic" scenario.
