Please bix the bug where it gets stuck in an animation and items just flash in your inventory. It doesnt allow you to do anything when it does that which makes raids rather difficult and unproductive.

For the stuck in animation part a workaround is to spam your inventory button. After 2-3 seconds it will continue the animation. 
If it's just flashing the only way to fix that is to alt-F4 and reconnect afaik.
