Grenades Clipping though ceilings and walls

Most grenades especially the M67 clips through ceilings and walls when you throw them into buildings from the outside. This happens particularly often at the weather station building where the grenade goes in through the window, through the ceiling and flies off at max distance into the air and blows up in the distance. The only time it actually works is when there's still a window intact that slows the grenade down as it enters.
