Downloaded file checksum does not match

I've seen this is an issue for others however the other posts have this happen after Temp files are installed. This error message is popping up immediately after hitting Install in the launcher and I'm not able to even download anything.  Anyone find a solution? I've been at it for hours trying to figure out the solution. Have opened a ticket but have not heard any reply.

I can download. 2 hours of download! And it gives me the infamous "checksum doesn't matches". I tried 4 times! 8 hours dropped in trash.

I bought the game yesterday and mine is doing the same thing. I first had trouble installing the launcher (BSG). Today I finally got it to install through Firefox but now I cannot install the game though the launcher. It says "Download file checksum does not match."

It's disheartening to hear that y'all experienced the same problem I have with the game when I first purchased it. At this point, I sent in a support ticket requesting a refund.
