Ok, actually found a cheater for once

What's the best way to report this trash can other than the in game option that probably doesn't do anything?

 

Name is name removed for witch hunt. Head/jaws me while not looking at me. Proceeded to throw 15 grenades at my duo partner while he was prone and hiding. They kept missing, he kept throwing them without any sound or movement from my partner. I have a video of my death.
