KS-23 bugged?

since yesterday the KS-23 seems to be bugged. Even though the enemy had no armor on and I shot the legs, it says 594! damage was absorbed by armor. First time I though it was desync and I somehow hit the thorso but this time the enemy clearly had no armor on, it was a hatchling.

Can be a lot of things but i don't think its bugged personally had no issues using it, if you have VOD it would be nice to see for us what happend.
