5 minutes of raid start i was near scav house and killed a few scavs this guy just shows up 

any coincidence that both times i have been attacked by this guy i was wearing night vision zzz

Cultist, they only show up at night. Not sure if they are supposed to be that close to the scav house but i did run into them on shoreline really far from where they were supposed to be.

By that calculations you should have killed him.

it shows killed 1 each but i killed 1 scav with headshot and a pmc with 2 bullets the rest was on that cultist.
