Interchange is broken

If I'm not spawning within 10m of someone who literally runs to my spawn and kills me in the first 20 seconds I'm getting killed by player Scavs who 1-tap my torso through armor and don't make any movement sounds. 2 weeks ago the map wasn't like this. Now it's unplayable for me. I'm just trying to do basic tasks and I can't even leave spawn.

Funny that I see this literally within 20 seconds of coming out of an Interchange as a Scav where a player Scav did the exact same thing to me, within roughly 20 seconds. 

I think I'm getting to a bit of a "breaking point" with this game. I mean I've put in like ~250 hours; it's not like I haven't given it a lot of time. And it's a really cool game; it is. I love the concept. I wouldn't play a game anywhere NEAR that amount of time if I didn't enjoy it on some level. 

But I've pretty much come to accept that my level of skill/regular amount of time I'm willing to put into the game just isn't going to be able to matchup with so many other people who play and I just end up going in this endless loop of not really "accomplishing" anything. I make pretty much ALL of my money on Scav runs and my PMC runs are essentially just to clear inventory space because all that's going to happen is I'll die and lose my gear. And MAYBE along the way I'll creep towards accomplishing a task or two. 

It's a cool game and I respect that it caters to the "ultra hardcore" or whatever gamer.  But I think it's pretty much come time for me to accept I just don't have the skill to have any kind of consistent "success" in this game.

Spawns are weird right now. Basically about 20-30 seconds after i loaded in on a shoreline nightraid. I ran until my stamina was out. Stood still to regain stamina and i hear footsteps running.  It was dark as hell but this guy just runs by me and i shoot him in the back.

After he messaged me since he thought he spawned in late. But just like me he was in the raid for about 30 seconds.

There's 2 sides to every story, 3 if you count the scav's side.  You realize you're also 10m away and can run to him and kill him within 20 seconds right?
