So I killed three people (2 around 25 mins), looted two, exfiled and end screen showed two kills with ??? for name, even though I had the tags...get the my inventory, and its basically reverted to before the raid - literally nothing consumed, nothing collected in raid  came back with me? Never had this happened before?

It's been so bad the last 2 weeks, honestly the game needs some dire fixes and improvements now that it's grown in popularity otherwise word is going to spread that the game is really just a clusterfuck of bugs and cheating.
