How do devs make money after everone buys the game

By selling monthly subscriptions for hacks .. It has been done forever , this is why in every game hacking is an issue . AAA games dont have this issue cause the come out with new games to sell at $60 . One off game devs make money on release then they buy houses and cars , the only way to keep paying the bills is selling hacks , this is a normal  practice in the industry

If you really think that Im worried what else in life you believe. If the developers sold 200000 copy's which is a low estimate that would be 12mil, that's not mentioning the more expensive copys of the game. So I think money isn't a big enough problem that they would make hacks to turn more players anyway. It wouldn't make any sense to do what you are claiming but hey that's just my opinion.

This statement above is 100% false.

The way BSG will finance this game (and others) perpetually is by continuing to sell their games, DLC, and merchandise.
