Friend can´t buy Tarkov

He wanted to buy Tarkov today but site does not let him pay. What can he do?

Hey Ruecklicht, I'm having a similar issue trying to update to EOD, Paypal gives an error even though both cards I've tried are verified and have been used recently, and directly with the cards I get to Xsolla's verification that doesn't work.

Hopefully we'll get some attention about this issue.

Does he has some pictures (cover any personal information).

He can also ask Xsolla.

No, as I said a friend had these issues. But it seems he lost the interest. How can BSG duck up even their own sales site?😑

I know a bud that had tried paying 3 times in a row. And nothing happened. Didn't even get charged or get a key. So they gave up and is not going to buy the game.

The issue of your friend could be tight to this ? But I'm not 100% sure.

Hello, I will write here because even this forum is impossible to use (cant make a thread, "im not a robot" every single time you enter, then you have to read the code they send you, etc). Im trying to buy the game since tuesday, its incredible how hard it is. Every method gets an error, Xsolla doesnt help at all, they reply as a machine every time.

I really wanted to play the game but I cant afford the full price and I will lose the offer. I thought they were joking when they said "Battlestate doesnt want you to play the game" but it seems so accurate now...

lol silly normal players this sale is only for cheaters who've been banned so BSG can collect some money by making them pay for it again. Prove me wrong, thanks.
