Did Scav's get buffed?

Do normal Scav's seem ridiculously overpowered as of the last 2 days. I have zero clue what is going on, but if they see me for less than a second I am dead every single game tonight and yesterday. Its actually insane. I haven't even had a chance to react. Keep in mind I am not referring to raiders. Just everyday Scav's. Spent the entire day just getting headshot by Scav's tonight. Not playing any different. I have legit zero clue what is going on.

This has has been in the beginning of the wipe. Because "pro" players keep saying the Scavs are too easy to kill. But, at times I still manage to kill them with my hatchet, while they run up to me.

The thing that's strange for me, and I cannot discount the possability that I play differently when there are stakes, is that I've been running a good deal of offline with SCAV difficulty set to "As Online" or "High". Gotten not terrible at 1-3 shots to kill. 

Take the same weapon and same ammo into a raid, and suddenly I'm firing 10-15 times and they die a minute later from bleeding as often as they do from direct fire. It *feels* like they are tougher and generally move better (and that a higher percentage have great aim) in raid than offline. 

Maybe just my imagination.

Yes. And not only for 2 days, even more.
You have to stop playing, all, right now. I just lost a bunch of gear, 4 raids in a row, lvl 5&6 by the regular terminator scavs, destroying me in a blink of an eye.  I have 900 hours in EFT btw. 

Just stop playing for a few months, that is the only way to teach these imbeciles a lession and also to lower a hype of Nikita fanboys. 

Trust me, just don't play it anymore, that's the only way we get the game that we paid for(a bunch of money btw even though it's still in beta). This is not even alpha if you ask me...

For me it seemed fine before today. Regular Scavs you had about 2 seconds to peak and get a shot off before they hit you. Raiders were a different story for obvious reasons. I would expect that is how it should be. Dangerous yet manageable. What was strange in the last 2 days is regular Scav's acting like raiders. Just as much damage. Perfect aim, and if you peak at all they kill you. The only way to get around that is hit them before they see you or get behind cover that you can move to hit them from a completely different position.
