RX 5700 XT Render distance problem

I tried evry option in the game and in the AMD adrenaline and nothing helps my render distance is terible changening LOD and overall visibility dont help.

me spec:

RX 5700 XT
Ryzen 5 3600

Same here my friend  . I cant play the game more than an hour. My eyes hurt . The only warkaround i found so far is to reduce the fov from 75 to 64 and set the resolution to 2k by enabling virtual super resolution from adrenaline drivers. Suprisingly the game runs the same as in 1080p but the inventory looks quite blurry  . I hope they fix it soon.
