Amazing how they walk without make any sound, is unbelieavble, i died by a guy TTV he makes no sound, when i say no sound is really no sound, is just impossible, or is a new skill? ... Always the same shi.t in this game...

Onde estavas? Ele veio a correr ou deu creep? tinhas capacete que tapa os ouvidos? Tinhas headphones (no teu PMC)? É fácil culpar o jogo  é o mais hardcore que anda por aí... mas... geralmente a culpa é nossa (é claro que desync é complicado) mas regra geral... a culpa é de quem morre.

Há quanto tempo jogas João?

I have around 1500 hours, this only ocurred to me in 2 raids, both in this wipe. Both instances were when the person was in another height, can't remember the first one, but the second one was in Interchange. I was inside Texho and both guys were coming down the stairs, just heard them when they were at my level. If I wasn't inside the store I'm sure I could hear them, as I did when they were walking and shooting in the upper level.

 

No point in stating the whole TTV thing tho, but read not_james comment

Boas, nao tinha capacete e tinha headsets, nao te sei dizer como ele veio, só sei que ele deu completamente a volta atras de mim e eu nao ouvi passos nenhuns, parece ele que tinha caido ali de paraquedas. Tenho +500 horas em jogo, mas sou nabo..este jogo é lixado como tudo. e jogam todos em grupos, eu jogo sozinho...

The only explained reason for inaudible footsteps for someone that you know is there is different floor or height levels, since each level has its own audio hitbox. Sometimes, when you go prone, you might be able to hear things as if you were on the floor beneath you.

Had this happen to me today on Factory. I heard footsteps from a player behind a door at the office and positioned myself to blast him when he opened it, and ~5 seconds later, he ended up flanking me from the opposing door. If he were creeping, he wouldn't have been able to flank me as fast as he did. Maybe he had max Covert Movement?

Clearly you're not ready for a game like Tarkov, since you can't assume people are just better than you. There are cheaters, for sure, but I haven't got any this wipe and very few on the last one I played.
