Alpha testing begin ?

so i checked the FAQ and there it says the aplha will start late feb.

so i contacted escape from tarkov and the send me this

I hope they did not go backwards on the first promise they made. They said alpha will be in February, therefore I expect it to start in 20 days.

I believe I read/heard somewhere they were looking at releasing the last week of February...It might have been said in the Dev Diary!

yea oke but why do they send be the awnser back with aplha in 1Q of year and not with we try to get it in february

when you buy the cheapest version, do you get to play the game immediately, or no? Im confused what the difference between alpha and alpha testing are I guess. Seems like a great game
