I'm getting too many headshots that I don't deserve, hip fire is OP as hell

Just killed a duo on woods with a crappy MP9 and pst ammo

Both kills happened while hip firing a close range, in short, spray and pray

Is it normal in a supposedly hardcore game,

that my stupid tactic of running and gunning with a trash weapon loaded with trash ammo,

is more rewarding than actually taking my time and play tactical?

Also, is it normal that I have more success with hip fire than actually aiming the gun with ADS in a modern shooter?

Get in people's face with max strenght, go brrrr, dead if no lvl3 face shield

This is just lame and I'm ashamed of myself

My conclusion: nerf hip fire accuracy DRASTICALLY, and nerf it even more while strafing

My 20k garbage unmodded SMG shouldn't be this accurate just because I put a 5k blue laser on it

And yes, hipfire is fairly powerful and realistic, since pumping a mag into someone from a closer range will probably deal more damage to organs than from a farther range.(regardless of what ammo)

Well, pointfire IRL is a legitimate and accurate tactic/stance, but our PMC's natural stance is constantly having the weapon shouldered, which doesnt make sense.

With the most recent podcast, it was revealed they are adding an "at-ease" stance. You will soon have to put your PMC into the pointfire stance, which will cost stamina.

Hopefully inertia also helps with the ability to ADAD pointfire spam with little-to-no recoil/accuracy repercussions.

And yes, hopefully they get rid of lasers (and flashlights wtf 🤣) arbitrarily giving your pointfire a tighter spray pattern. A laser should be just that, a dot that tells you where your muzzle is.
