How is this a bug. Take off the damn carry handle and move on with your life. I think they have more important poo to deal with than something you can fix by simply removing one part. 

Why are you even building that crappy M4. You might as well just go to raid with Scav gear.

Nah I like my level 2 lights, I can see well enough.

seems like a bit of a waste of R. Until I get to the point I need the level 3 lights for another upgrade I’d rather spend that R on guns armor and mods.
