Please nerf shrapnell 10

Hello BSG. Although i like the fact that shotgun are quite powerfull in this game, although i know that range limitation on the shrapnell 10 makes it quite difficult to use, being one taped by a shot in the leg felt extremly unfair to me. Especially if you wear highest tier armor, and no other damage has been recorded.

I don't know how the community feels about this, and honestly, i would be pleased to know. To me it sounds that this whole damage conductivity is total crap. Nonetheless, i want to ask BSG to nerf this round for the sake of milsim realism. Because you know, i won't play any game where you can get one taped in the leg, that's one thing for sure.

Its pretty hard to get into a position that you are able to do this, nevertheless put every pellet in the leg, but it is kind ridiculous and its just how the medical system works which needs a overhaul. How would damage applied to your destroyed leg affect your thorax. Of course blood loss would technically hurt your whole body but why is there a damage multiplier to limbs that are blacked. That's one of the problems with the medical system and is what allows you to do stuff like this.

After checking damage stats, you only have to put 5 pellet in the leg to withdraw 435hp on your target healthbar, and make his thorax hit 0hp.

War is unfair, and honestly, i don't mind this idea infuse the game. I mean, i'm mostly a solo player so, i kind of enjoy getting head eyes by the last member of a 5 man squad camping me for ages. That's routine for me. But it's not even about being fair. I respect your opinion if you think that's what pellets should do. I never used a KS-23 IRL, i don't know. But to me it sounds ridiculousely powerfull. And a small modification to the amount of damage this ammo does to body may prove some result until damage system is improved.

i would argue that the ks-23 with shrap 10 is highly overpowered. an experienced player can easilly kill a lobby with one of those things. the potential to oneshot people dispite of armor just shouldnt be in the game imo. you can just Press-W squads and wipe them.
