Hidden ghost mechanics

I am convinced there are certain 'ghost' mechanics which the devs never officially announced but most certainly are in the game. For example, the last few matches where I didn't kill anyone and was killed by cheaters, the scavs were brain dead. The last match I just played, I went on customs, and killed 3 full gear PMC's with vectors and good ammo, was looting the container near dorms where the hidden stash is, and hear a scav running. 

I am in the container, looking through the opening of the back doors which arent fully opened at the scav's sound direction, as soon as I get line of sight on him, he stops in his tracks sprinting, and shoots me instantly in the arm. 

I take cover, heal, and peek again, BAM BAM, two shots, two hits, stomach and somehow both legs?

I make a small flank to move behind the scav, trying to spot him, emerge from bushes, and apparently the (normal AI) scav was hiding in a bush and one taps me in the left arm.

Of course the scav has 366 ARMOR PIERCING ammunition, has aimbot and seems to be running to me like he is aware where I am (like when scavs chase pistol runners) the match where I kill 3 full gears.

Not to mention the countless times where I get a 20 raid survival streak on maps like woods and then every time I survive the scavs get NOTICEABLY more aimbotty and tanky.

can't say anything about the hidden ghosty things you mentioned, cause have not experienced those, but after 2 month of not playing and coming back to the new AI ( thanks for crying guys about the op scavs ), right now scavs are a joke to me and feels like stupid targets who can't even land a decent shot after even third attempt. now i walk into their face and kill them like hollywood movies. it feels so off to me, just wanted to say
