Has anyone ever had a grenade blow up in their hand?

Like, you pull the pin, and as your PMC is cocking their arm back to throw it it goes off? You can even see the grenade blast go off right next to your ear?

I am just going to chalk it up to hideous desynch cause i dumped almost a full 41 round MPX mag into a player scavs face before i started throwing grenades, the first 2 i threw acted like when you would try and throw them through a window and the grenade bounces back to your feet. I just don't even know anymore with this game. Of all the times for my NVIDIA shadow play to malfunction was of course when stuff like this happens.
