Server connection lost after reconnecting...

Greetings.
I have a real big problem at the moment.

I just recently played a round on shoreline... had some nice shots and a pretty decent round.
Suddenly i get a "Server connection lost" info.
I reconnect, spawn in, can't move for 2 or 3 seconds, vision goes up to the sky and all i see is the blue sky and i get that message again.
My character was stuck for the rest of the raid (around 200metres in front of the exit... ) and everytime i tried to reconnect, i got kicked out of the Game.

This is a new level of the random server disconnects.

Has ANYONE a proper idea how to get rid of this?
I already double checked the internet connection (Ping of 20-35, 900mb DL, 40mb UL, 0% Packetloss...).
Hardware i am running is the following:
- MSI X570 Tomahawk

- RTX 3060ti

- AMD Ryzen 5600X

- 32GB Ram (3600mhz) ....

Game is installed on a proper SSD and all cables are intact.

The servers are absolute dogshit and have been since day 1.  It's not your end.  Until BSG invests in the proper server upgrades and hires people that will alter the code to improve the way the server and your computer interact with each other, this will continue to be a cancer that eats away at the fun of this game.

Okay i figured something out.

I manually selected a server, which should be pretty close to my location.
I played a few games and everything seemed fine.

BUT when i join a group, which i did not create as a group leader, i get that error over and over again.
When i invite my friends to my group, everything works fine...

This is completely... i don't know how to say it... unbelievable or makes no sense at all.
