BlooDxHound
It sounds like you have 10 tin cans tied to your gun whenever you aim or switch weapons, its insane that enemies can hear you switching weapons LOUDER than their own footsteps when they are running. 1
Blunt3dge
Ads sound has gotten me killed more times than I would like, swapping guns is loud try it, but adsing sound is just way too loud.

ADS sound is directly influenced by the ergonomics of your weapon, the more ergonomics you have, the quieter the sound will be.
VaporouSnake
I have an idea about this: While your skills affect how much noise you make there also should be a alternate way of ADS and changing your weapon. Like for now I've noticed that you can unshoulder your weapon silently using [alt+w] in certain positions like prone or standing. What if! There is a sneaky silent way to ADS/switching weapon but veeeeeery slow. Probably the easiest way to do this is to bind it with walking speed. You walk slow, you ADS slow. Yes? Huh kinda thought this was the case, but I've had high ergo weapons and still had a teammate say did you ads from the other end of 3 story. Possibly a bug but idk.
