Near impossible to get kills in close quarters because of desync

My aim is not bad, the ammo I use is good, but either my 60hz monitor is trash or there is desync on the servers I play on which no one else gets. I rush a pistol guy, peek shoot him 6 times, he doesnt care, I walk out the room, when I am already outside I fall over dead. ????????? 

How is this playable? I keep dying behind walls no matter what tactic I use in close quarters.

Had this happen multiple times yesterday. 

Shot pistol runners 4 times with 995 and they just keep running...then a few seconds later they fall over dead. 

Can't tell you how many trade kills I had yesterday as well. Desync has been pretty bad lately.

For me its only on some servers. 65% seem to be okay. I would suggest to manually select your server region  in the launcher menu.

honestly thats tarkov right there in a nutshell 

it sucks but you just have to deal with it

i swung on a dude earlier today and i had time to tell him a  bedtime story before he reacted because i am 100000% sure i never even peeked him on his screen when i killed him

 

And then in the same exact day i peeked a dude and sprayed his face he stood still teleported 8 feet teleported again and then i magically die

basically roll of the dice but not always playing during irl mornings are way better since server load is less

Because of Desync it's hard to tell if they're cheating or not, especially if they come rushing and get you in the head instantly.

And it's even more difficult to decide because this game has 0 integrity. Just came out of a scav where i went into hospital on reserve, no sound whatsoever from anyone else. I open a bag, i hear footsteps nearby on wood so i know he's infront of me. He rushes out and he didn't even raise his weapon to shoot and i took 3 shots to head-eyes and instantly died.

 

But hey! It's a good thing they're working on new content rather than fixing their current stuff! *Cough*
