So... im guessing this round is completely bugged atm right i am seeing a bunch of heavily geared players running it and someone just killed me with it and I had on a 45/45 hex grid in 2 bullets 3 bullets im pretty sure thats basically impossible at least 1 round should have been blunt damage but nope...

Now I can't find any stats for HGrid, but slick takes ~10 shots of M856A1 to kill. HGrid is half the durability so, ~5 shots? Maybe just very unlucky with fragmentation of the bullets?

Anyhow, don't know if it's bugged. Everyone I know uses 995 or 855A1.

I've been using it lately because it's cheaper so I don't worry about mag dumping, and I get to send RED LAzER TRACERS ZOOM ZOOM the whole match and people love that lmfao. I shouldn't care about cost since I got a whole ammo box of m855a1 so I guess it's for the memes.

I have noticed I've zeroed peoples' class V armor within 10 shots though, could be bugged idk.

It takes at least 4 shots to have a 25% chance to pen a 45 AP hex .

on the 3rd shot it’s like 0.7%

no idea why you got 3 tapped that should be theoretically impossible considering the chance to pen is still 0% after the 2nd shot. Your after raid screen likely bugged out or gave you a false report. It’s been known to happen.

just vent a bit, chalk it up to tarkov and move along.

You can have shots hit you in exposed areas of your chest even if you have armor on... I had a hexgrid on yesterday and died to a thorax shot, that presumably went through my arm pit area.

Not implemented yet, even if it hit you under the arm, your armour would eat it. Should, anyways.
