Game files deleting during patch.

Hi all,

I have run into a problem while patching the game today.

My launcher restarted saying there was an update. After completing the update, the launcher was prompting me to install the game. I tried pointing it to the EFT folder but it kept saying the files were missing.

I was playing the game absolutely fine yesterday. 

Has anybody experienced this where files get deleted during a patch and you need to reinstall?

Did you manage to fix it so it didnt happen again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i had a virus warning after update and then had to download again,   maybe its antivirus deleting

confirmed was my AVG ( antivirus )    blocked the launcher and when installed again it just deleted again,    i went in to ang and put a exception in so it did not block the file now all working ok

Thanks, reinstalling now with Avast turned off.

 

Hopefully this solves the problem.
